Chemlease® 255 is a solvent based, semi-permanent, abrasion resistant release product,which provides excellent high-slip properties, minimal transfer and high-temperature stability.

The Chemlease® 255 coating, applied according to instructions, adheres to the mould surface and provides multiple release properties for various plastic and rubber moulding applications, except for silicone rubber. The film coating is micro-thin which gives excellent mould reproduction and minimizes mould fouling / build-up. The Chemlease® 255 formulation contains no Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS).

Chemlease® 255 may be applied to clean molds with temperatures from ambient to 200°C
